SPARKS, Md. — USA Lacrosse will welcome 148 of the nation’s top high school girls’ lacrosse players to its national headquarters August 7-9 for its National Team Development Program (NTDP) National Combine. Riverview’s Susan Lowther (2024) was one of the three players selected from Florida for U18.
The 148 players, representing high schools from 20 states, were selected from 11 regional tryouts, a virtual application and returning USA Select team members.
During the NTDP National Combine, athletes will be taken through elite level training of both individual and team skill development as well as sessions on strength and conditioning, recruitment, student athlete advisory, social emotional learning, and leadership training. From the national combine, USA Lacrosse will select 22 players each for the U16 and U18 USA Select teams that will compete against international competition at the USA Lacrosse Fall Classic from Oct. 13-15.
