The Riverview Rams Varsity Boys opened the 2021 Lacrosse Season in the Ram Bowl where they took on the Lakewood Ranch Mustangs in a non-conference matchup. Both teams started out a bit slow, which is expected for the first game of the season, but by the start of the 4th quarter, the Rams had taken a dominant 9-3 lead, and finished the game with a commanding 11-5 win.
The Rams were led by Senior Blake Quigley with 6 points (2G/4A). Freshman JC Flemming, Seniors Will Evans and Tyler Horiuchi and Junior Andrew Dirocco each had 2 goals. Kai Hudson played well on defense, with 7 takeaways and 2 groundballs.
