Lax Against Leukemia is a preseason high school lacrosse tournament at Premier Sports Campus of Lakewood Ranch to benefit the Joey Powers Leukemia Project.
Joey Powers played at Cardinal Mooney High School before losing his fight with pediatric leukemia. The Joey Powers Leukemia Project, founded by his family in 2010, raises money to provide financial assistance to families battling pediatric leukemia.
2021 will be the 7th annual tournament and largest to date with 23 girls teams and 19 boys teams.
PLAYERS: Please download, complete, print and bring the attached “Release and Waiver Agreement” with you to the tournament. ALL players must have a signed form to play.
