Recap
The Rams opened their 2020 regular season with a non-conference, road game at Lakewood Ranch. The Mustangs opened the first quarter with a 4-1 lead, however the Rams reeled off 6 goals in the second quarter to take a 7-6 lead into halftime. The game remained close until the 4th quarter, when the Mustangs were able to pull away with 4 more goals and a 13-9 victory. This marks the first time the Mustangs have defeated the Rams in program history.
